REPOINTING TO ALL ELEVATIONS OF THE CHAPEL, EXTENSIVE REPAIR TO THE EXISTING TIMBER WINDOW FRAMES.
MAJOR CONSERVATION WORKS TO THE EXISTING ORNATE PLASTERED CEILING ALONG WITH TRADITIONAL LIME
PLASTERING TO WALLS FORMING A NEW STRUCTURAL STEEL FLOOR AT GALLERY LEVEL, INSTALLATION OF CURVED
GLAZED SCREENS WHICH WILL FORM TWO MEETING ROOMS AS FIRST FLOOR LEVEL, INSTALLING LIFT TO ALLOW
DISABLED ACCESS TO THE FIRST FLOOR.
CONSTRUCTION OF EXTENSION TO REAR OF CHAPEL WHICH INVOLVED THE FORMING OF A CONCRETE STRUCTURAL RETAINING WALL. COMPLETE NEW ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL INSTALLATION AND THE FITTING OF A COMMERCIAL KITCHEN, REDECORATION OF THE CHAPEL MATCHING THE ORIGINAL COLOUR SCHEME.
