WORKS CONSIST ON THE GRADE II LISTED BUILDING TO ERECT A SCAFFOLD WITH TEMPORARY ROOF OVER THE
GREAT HALL TO ALLOW THE STONE SLATES TO BE REMOVED AND EXISTING LEAD TIMBER GUTTERS TO BE TAKEN UP. TIMBER REPAIRS ARE TO BE CARRIED OUT TO STRUCTURAL TIMBERS; NEW TIMBER GUTTERS ARE TO BE FORMED TO CORRECT FALLS THEN RECOVERED IN CODE 8 LEAD. THE ROOF SLOPES TO THE GREAT HALL ARE TO BE RE‐SLATED USING THE EXISTING STONE SLATES.
WORKS ALSO CONSIST OF BRICK REPLACEMENTS AND REPOINTING IN HYDRAULIC LIME MORTAR TO THE CHIMNEY STACKS.
